• You must set the VoIP codec profiles.
To manage the IP dialing table, click the IP Dialing Table tab in Enterprise Manager:

To add an entry to the IP Dialing Table, click the Add button below the table.

Define the attributes for the entry:
Parameter Description
Server ID A unique dialing number to connect to the remote server. The
server could be MaxACD, a 3rd-party VoIP gateway, or an AltiGen-
certified 3rd-party VoIP device.
